Participants: Colin O'Neil Zach Ricardo Bruce Ana Discussions: Bruce made updates to environment practice Not another version yet, but will soon be posted Work is done, got some feedback from people Colin O'Neil - consultant - welcome Colin Colin has been using EPF Composer and Rational Method Composer for 4 years - all his work centered around that He has seen companies use these tools and extend them in ways not thought before He wants to present us soon what types of customization organizations are doing and suggest improvements to the tool Bruce mentioned AUTOSAR - GM produced methodology using EPFC - very detailed model of what they do in the auto industry, represented aspects of the source code as Work Products, hundreds of WPs, fewer tasks and roles Ricardo to ask Steve and Mark what is the status of OpenUP course - any updates since our last conversation (i.e. remove graphics for copyright protection purposes)? Ricardo to ask Bing if EPFC calls on Google calendar are still valid Ana - wanted to have Scrum as a practice, instead of breaking it into smaller practices - see Bugzilla: 267073 (Ana attached the published site there) Ana is working on Lean practices and will open a bug for that Ana will present this material (Scrum and Lean practices) on next month's meeting (May 13) Student in Britain modeled ITIL using EPFC - Ana can present that in a later meeting Best regards, Ricardo Balduino.
