Hello EPF community,

First of all, apologies that we did not send a reminder note with a
proposed agenda before this meeting.
However, the meeting happened (thank you for those who joined). Minutes
are captured here:

Participants:

Colin O'Neil
Zach
Ricardo
Bruce
Ana

Discussions:

Bruce made updates to environment practice
Not another version yet, but will soon be posted
Work is done, got some feedback from people

Colin O'Neil - consultant - welcome Colin
Colin has been using EPF Composer and Rational Method Composer for 4 years
- all his work centered around that
He has seen companies use these tools and extend them in ways not thought
before
He wants to present us soon what types of customization organizations are
doing and suggest improvements to the tool

Bruce mentioned AUTOSAR - GM produced methodology using EPFC - very
detailed model of what they do in the auto industry, represented aspects
of the source code as Work Products, hundreds of WPs, fewer tasks and
roles

Ricardo to ask Steve and Mark what is the status of OpenUP course - any
updates since our last conversation (i.e. remove graphics for copyright
protection purposes)?

Ricardo to ask Bing if EPFC calls on Google calendar are still valid

Ana - wanted to have Scrum as a practice, instead of breaking it into
smaller practices - see Bugzilla: 267073 (Ana attached the published site
there)
Ana is working on Lean practices and will open a bug for that
Ana will present this material (Scrum and Lean practices) on next month's
meeting (May 13)
Student in Britain modeled ITIL using EPFC - Ana can present that in a
later meeting

Best regards,

Ricardo Balduino.
