There is another excellent free product that extends EPF Composer with the
ability to instantiate a WBS (MSP) as well as manage document artifacts.
It has been funded by the Swiss government and is used for projects in the
public sector:

We have a SaaS based project management and collaboration tool called PoP
Project (www.mypopproject.com) that can be linked with a
website published from EPF composer. You can use the EPF published process
to create a task list and Gantt chart, add teams, share documents, and
have a multi-threaded conversation at the task level.
I have given links to the EPF OpenUP and EPF Scrum applications below.
Feel free to try them. Both are configured differently to demonstrate how
PoP Project could be embedded within EPF (e.g. OpenUP) or vice versa (e.g.
Scrum).

At this time there is no import possible from EPF, and the linking needs
to be done manually (we plan to publish a plugin to make it easier, and
contribute it to EPF). In that sense it does not orchestrate EPF as you
might expect. However I will appreciate your feedback on whether this is
still useful, how to improve it, etc.

I'm the developer of ProjectKoach and I can elaborate on it a bit more.
ProjectKoach may not fully support process orchestration in the sense that
I think you are looking for. The earlier pre-Eclipse version (which is the
one Gerhard is referring to), before 2008, did have an import feature that
scanned the process structure and auto-instantiated a wbs based on it.
Oddly enough, we had to drop that feature when we migrated ProjectKoach
into Eclipse ... (because of version conflicts between the ProjectKoach,
the EPF libraries and Eclipse platform).
It is in our plans to resurrect the full OpenUP import feature sometime
during the fall. When it is available you can point to your configuration,
'import', and instantiate its structure from the right-click context menu
of the release plan editor.
In the mean time, ProjectKoach still supports the main part of the process
enactment use case and you can easily create a free-hand process model
that you can then use to build your plan. It is just that it will not be
connected to your OpenUP process instance.
This feature is available in the licensed ProjectKoach Premium feature,
which is available in a 30-day free trial.
