It looks to me that the EPF Practice library file epf_practices_library_1.5.1_20100928.zip is corrupted, since I always get "Header corrupt" messages from Winzip. I have tried different mirrors and also the epf_practices_library_1.5.1_RC_20100921.zip from the archive directory, all with the same results.
