Please try the latest release of EPF Composer 1.5.1.1. Besides the link
duplicattion caused by some versions of JDKs users happen to use, EPF
Composer 1.5.1.1 also remove a couple of more link duplication scenarios
when the library involved uses auto-synchronization for processes.

Hi,
I?ve just published a site using the last version of EPFC, and I checked
the publish setting "include method content in descriptor pages", because
I?d like the user be able to read the artifact "purpose", and other
artifact info, directly in the artifact descriptor page (when the user
click in the artifact link, in the task descriptor page).
But the publication duplicated the template link. It seems that it
published artifact template + artifact descriptor template, but it didn?t
verified if it was the same...
I need to change something, or it is a bug?

This sounds similar to the link duplication error, see
http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/epf-dev/msg03550.html. If it is the
same issue it is not a bug in EPFC but in the JDK you are using. Not sure
though.
