Hi Jeff, Work product descriptors can be assigned to an activity, but they are not used by any task descriptors under the activity. If you don't want to see those published, you can remove them at the activity level.
As for the workflow image background, there is no option to control it. You could file an enhancement request for that. Thanks very much.
