Hi Tara, The recommended/supported platform is Linux. I don't test EPF Wiki on Windows anymore because the recommended platform for the web application framework that EPF Wiki uses (Rails) is Linux and I am also mostly running Linux.
It should work in principle but if there are problems I will not be able to help you very effectivily which means you have to do all troubleshooting yourself. One of the companies that I'm working for is considering use of EPF Wiki. This means that in the near future (one month) I might be asked to deploy to IIS on a Windows server. If that happends I can share the installation instructions/details afterwards.
