Not a lot I'm afraid. There seems to be an issue with the IP-address. The
Eclipse webmaster asked me for some details which I provided. There is a
bugzilla which you can subscribe to if you have an account.
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=401268. For what it is worth
I think it will be back online beginning of this week.
