Ismael,
EPF project doesn't seems to have an update site. so, you need to build
one for yourself from source code.
you could search the web for learn how to create one p2 repository from
a workspace, there are lot of articles about it.
After that you can install EPF features in your own eclipse from your
own local p2 repository.
