I have the same problem, with: http://torrent.linux.duke.edu/gnome-livecd-2.10.torrent which reports application/x-bittorrent: http://web-sniffer.net/?url=http%3A%2F%2Ftorrent.linux.duke.edu%2Fgnome-livecd-2.10.torrent&submit=Submit&http=1.1&gzip=yes&type=GET&ua=Mozilla%2F5.0+%28X11%3B+U%3B+Linux+i686%3B+en-US%3B+rv%3A1.7.5%29+Gecko%2F20050221+Epiphany%2F1.6.0+%28Ubuntu%29+%28Ubuntu+package+1.0%2Bdfsg.1-6ubuntu1%29+Web-Sniffer%2F1.0.20 and gnome-btdownload is properly configured in nautilus.
