Go to http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/epiphany-list and enter your subscription address in the bottom text entry next to 'Unsubscribe or edit options'. Click the button, enter your password when requested. In the Options page you are now, you can set 'Mail delivery' to Disabled.
