>From what I recall, Alt-D is problematic because the Alt key is used to access menus. While there is no menu starting with 'D' in the English version of Epiphany, there are a few languages which make use of Alt-D. For example, in German, "File" is "Datei". In Turkish, "Edit" is "Düzenle". You get the idea. :) I have a vague recollection of people commenting how bad it was that Alt-D was originally chosen, and that browser developers had been struggling with that decision (from a translation and usability standpoint) ever since.
