Till now just Save works. Others things I never used so not implemented.
Request from you will make it done. :)
And many other idea from you will improve this extension.
I did a little testing, and I can say it works nicely to save images in
the download folder, but I would have expected a Save As dialog to
appear.
Also I see messages like these on the console:
sys:1: GtkWarning: gdk_window_get_position: assertion `GDK_IS_WINDOW
(window)' failed
sys:1: Warning: attempt to retrieve private data for invalid type
'EphyImagebarExtension'
sys:1: Warning: g_value_set_object: assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (v_object)'
failed
