They should be downloaded into ~/Downloads. Unfortunately the flatpak
version of Epiphany does not offer any choice of where to save the
downloads.
On trying to print a webpage, even pointing to a specific directory
produces no output there.
Printing doesn't work yet. As a workaround, you can "print to file" to
save a file into ~/Downloads (the only place where Epiphany has
permission to access files), then open it in evince and print it from
