If you encounter the following error:
$ flatpak run org.gnome.Epiphany.Devel
epiphany: error while loading shared libraries: libhogweed.so.4: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
The problem is
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-software/issues/760, GNOME
Software has updated your runtime but not Epiphany itself. Workaround
is simply:
$ flatpak update
