I agree that this call for action is fuzzy, but everything in life is fuzzy to some degree. for who is to say what epistemology is, I suggest Websters dictionary or OED. Applied by someone acting as moderator with at least a bachelors degree in philosophy or related area from any accredited school anywhere.
Definition: the study or a theory of the nature and grounds of knowledge especially with reference to its limits and validity As for what is incomprehensible, i already stated my criterion and it is quite liberal. "is totally incomprehensible to any(one) but the author." If anyone thinks what the person is saying makes sense, then the message can stay. I am not even suggesting that we get rid of people, just messages clearly and incontrvertably pollute the bandwidth. If you look back over the last 20 messages I am sure you will find some that even you will deem have no value to anyone.
