My conjecture is that the electromagnetic field does not literally exist. It is not an independent phenomenon in space. It is instead a figurative inference which hides the reality of sensitivity and motivation as the subjective translation of matter and energy. This is the big shift in understanding that I propose - we mistake lower level awareness for unconscious forces and fields in space when in fact they are more rigidly deterministic societies of primitive sub-organisms - shared experiences through time. Electromagnetism is molecular sociology.
