Hi stephen....

Why are you using such a coarse grained and low dimensional model of
political speciation?

Speciation.... that's the key word.....fits in with Ockham's theory of
"nominalist" language quite well.... it should, he sort of thought it
up.....Levels of "intention" Ockham calls them... First Intention.... the
direct Concept ( senses-on) observation of the singular Reference
Thing..... Second intention... the abstract Concept ruminations (mental
thoughts) of a grouping or class of "compared"similar but separate prior
experiences (in memory) of Reference Things.....Biologically, speciation
it has been refined and explained
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciation
The "species" is at the bottom of a whole hierarchy of taxonomic rank....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Species
This is the "result" of Ockham's " nominalist distinction, above....
the same process, although not as "scientifically rigorous" in its
definitions, applies to all sorts of "things" in all sorts of fields of
thought or experience.....
To get to your point.... think of my political "thematic square".... from
my prior post.... to be at one of the Higher "political taxonomic
ranks".....the ubiquitous "they" haven't established a "defined" standard
"ranking in politics or political science, yet......... but it is there.....
Anyway,.... would you like to establish a different "order" from my own at
any political taxonomic level whatsoever?
By all means.... suggest away......HAR
