Hi Matthew!
Currently you can not disable the thumbnails.
Maybe asking the clients to give 1x1 sized screenshots will help though.
You can do this by adding the following lines in ~/.config/epoptes/settings,
under the [GUI] section:
thumbnails_width = 1
thumbnails_height = 1
