On the LTSP server:
sudo chroot /opt/ltsp/i386
epoptes-client -c <ip-of-teacher-workstation>
# You already modified /etc/default/epoptes-client in the chroot so you don't
need to do that step
exit
sudo ltsp-update-image
Reboot clients and see if it works.
