Before login, you see some thin clients in Epoptes, and you don't see some
other thin clients? That's very strange.
Try putting this in lts.conf:
[Default]
EPOPTES_CLIENT_VERIFY_CERTIFICATE=False
Then reboot all the clients.
How many do you see in Epoptes after that?
How many you don't see?
