Hello,
Please provide us with the following information:
1) What's your distribution?
2) What version of epoptes are you using (menu Help → About)
3) Open Epoptes through a terminal (by typing epoptes) and try to send a
message to a client. Does it output an error? If so, please paste it here.
4) Can you see the clients' thumbnails normally in Epoptes?
