I would normally do it in the display settings, but you can do it with  
Equalizer as well. Just 'rotate' your wall coordinates accordingly.  
Here is the wall description from config.eqc, rotated 90 degrees  
counter-clockwise:

             wall
             {
                 bottom_right  [ -.32 -.20 -.75 ]
                 top_left      [  .32 .20 -.75 ]
                 bottom_left   [ -.32  .20 -.75 ]
             }

Of course this doesn't affect raster-based operations such as  
glDrawPixels.
