Hello Aleksander, I haven't tried Equalizer on Windows Server 2003, and know of no installation where I could try. The file you mention is not part of Equalizer, so I don't know where the problem is. I haven't worked with Windows Server at all, so I am fairly ignorant about it. A port shouldn't be to hard.
