initially I put 4-window.eqc uder the current directory, but I did not see four windows, the rockerArm is displayed in single window.
If I type and run
eqPly -m rockerArm.ply -- --eq-config examples/configs4-window.eqc
I still did not see four windows.
You test with which version, could you show me exactly where to download?

Wrong, -m is not parsed by eqPly.

Is 4-window.eqc in your current directory? If no, you have to use the
path to it, e.g, examples/configs/4-window.eqc
