Hello

In dso.cpp (47), Equalizer loads the "Equalizer.dll". This is fine as long
as we are in Release mode and have no guideline to name debug dlls with an
ending 'd' or '_d', which is seen in the Windows world quite a lot.

Would it be possible to add some code to load Equalizerd.dll if the first
try fails?
