Dear autors/users of copyScript.cmake, there is now a batch script (build.bat) that configures, builds and installs Equalizer with Visual Studio 2008 NMake.
The third part (installing) does basically the same as running the generated copyScript. However, it gets the list of files to install directly from cmake, which makes it a lot easier to maintain.
