Hello, We do not use or support VS2010 yet, so I'm not able to help you directly. The missing file 'lexer.cpp' is generated by flex using a precompile step (see libs/server/CMakeLists.txt). I suggest checking how this is done in VS08 and 10 to spot what's going on.
Afaik others on this list are using VS10, and since I haven't heard negative feedback I'm assuming it is something specific to your installation.
