All, I've just submitted and uploaded "my" final version of the Programming and User Guide for the upcoming 1.0 release. We've cracked the 100-page barrier!
I would appreciate feedback from the community on the understandability and completeness of the content and any typos or other incorrect statements. I will integrate these comments before the final 1.0. So - please download and read the book, and send comments and questions either to me or to this list.
