hactar.eqc, layout 0 does that for six machines.

Again, start with hactar.eqc and move the two pipes in one node using device
0 and device 1. In the end you should delete 3 nodes, obviously.

What you call application is called render client in Equalizer. The
application is the process controlling the rendering by driving the main
loop.
