It was always possible, but unfortunately the Qt example hasn't happened. It 
should not be too hard to do:

* Create QtGLWidget
* in Window::configInitSystemWindow
** Create and implement new QtWindow, inheriting from eq::GLWindow and using 
QtGLWidget data
