Launch parameter cleanup:
- Launch parameters are per-node
API and file format changes:
- old CONNECTION_LAUNCH globals are still readable
- connection { launch... } parameters are removed and replaced by:
- new node { attributes { launch_ }} parameters
- removed unused base::Clock::setAlarm
