Move Accum::usesFBO implementation to fix EQ_IGNORE_GLEW build
Add Subpixel mode to all config
Fix Accum::init when using FBO
Use separate accum buffer (from compositor) in eqPly:
- Simplifies API
- In eqPly, the compositor will never alloc its own accum
- Temporarily use glAccum on Darwin
