Stability fixes:
- Re-introduce non-view destination compounds
- Fix dangling _currentCanvas ptr in eqPly::Config
- Activate channels only if compounds has eye pass active
- Clean up compound IO frame registration
- Fix caching of Compound frustum calculation
- Uninitialized Layout::_state
Known bug: Layouts are not deleted on app and re-added on next admin operation
