Refactor PipeConnection:
- Use named pipes on Windows
-> PipeConnection is always bidirectional
-> Unix uses two pipe pairs
-> PipeConnection has sibling
-> PairConnection is obsolete
- Adapt code to new semantics of read/write endpoints
