Extend !COLLAGE_AGGRESSIVE_CACHING implementation by deallocating
uncompressed or compressed data after each full compression:
- Add compressor state uncompressible
- Delete 'bigger' buffer after full compression
- Improve instrumentation
- Opt: detect if data was sent in one go and don't recompress for resend
- Improve thread-safety logging
