  Log Message:
  -----------
  Provide CMake files for installed examples:
- Move example-relevant cmake stuff to configure.cmake and install this
- Generate examples/CMakeLists.txt with version
- Install all example-relevant cmake modules
- Prefer libraries relative-to-install-dir in FindFoo.cmake
- Update eq->co version table in FindEqualizer.cmake
- Add Sequel to FindEqualizer (needs own FindSequel eventually)
- add missing file to eqNBody install

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
