Closes #24: Move swap barriers out of compound
* Segment inherits swap barrier from canvas during ctor
* Segment swap barrier overrides compound barrier when dest channel is set
** Compound configuration may override barrier afterwards
* Add to-bool-conversion for RefPtr
* Closes #39 found during implementation
* Simplify 4-window.all.eqc using new feature
* Fix compound dest channel output to always reference canvas/layout
entities by name when name is unique
* Create one compound group per layout (of canvas) instead of one per
canvas during auto-config of dest compounds -- mainly for convenience
