  Author: Dardo D Kleiner <[email protected]>
  Date: 2011-12-26 (Mon, 26 Dec 2011)

  Changed paths:
    M libs/co/rdmaConnection.cpp

  Log Message:
  -----------
Don't wait if event thread isn't running.

If the event thread has exited (due to a remote disconnect, usually), we can't
have the main thread wait for WR completions as nobody is servicing the queue.
We'll drain any outstanding requests in the main thread later.

  M libs/co/rdmaConnection.h

  Log Message:
  -----------
  Lots of retructuring.

Replace if/else/else stuff with goto's, mostly. Also some other readability
and debuggability work.
