   Fixed the bug that occured when applications were started multiple times 
with the same server/config running in the background.
 Data recicling statistics was broken, since it didn't know that frame 
numbering was reset.
 Perhaps a cleaner way should be used to reset statictics in this situation, 
than the one implemented.
