Closes #88: draw_sync thread model causes full synchronization
This regression was introduced by 9ab87c0bac94d1962d21491b96cec9b7b3ad8c6c
This change delayed window..pipe draw finish to after all children have
been traversed. Re-add early draw finish tasks. Improve task logging.
