Refactor async readbacks:
* see http://www.equalizergraphics.com/documents/design/asyncCompositing.html
* Should fix Channel frame referencing
* trim/deprecate API in favor of start/finishReadback
* Group image-related methods in eq::Channel
* Make finish from transparent form eq::Channel API POV
