Now that M1 is behind us, I've added a page to the wiki which reflects the
current thinking/planning/evolution for the provisioning UI.

For now, it's just a place to collect random thoughts about requirements,
workflows, milestones, etc.
As the UI progresses, it will no doubt be split up into separate pages...
