Stefan's work on the provisioning post processing (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=197644) led to a demand for the JarProcessor (pack200 support etc) to be pulled out into a separate bundle. See also https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=198564. The new bundle org.eclipse.equinox.p2.jarprocessor has been added to the provisioning incubator and the releng PSF files. This new bundle should be considered HEAD for the JarProcessor work. We need to review the API and ensure it is the shape we want. Note that the provisioining tests are currently using some things that are internal (rightly or wrongly).
