I have added the following library projects to p2 (also updated the 
project set files):
- ie.wombat.jbdiff
- ie.wombat.jbdiff.test
- o.e.e.p2.sar
- o.e.e.p2.sar.test

For the curious:
jbdiff is a extended version of the Java translation by Joe Desbonnet 
([EMAIL PROTECTED]) of the bsdiff (v4.2) utility by Colin Percival 
(http://www.daemonology.net/bsdiff/).
The sar utility decompresses arbitrarily nested zip/jar archives into on 
single stream and vice versa.
