Depends a little on what you mean by "bundle repository". There is a
whole bunch of work going on in the Equinox Incubator around a new
provisioning story for Eclipse/OSGi. The effort is called "p2" and it
includes facilities for managing bundle repos etc. Currently we do not
have transports for writable remote repositories but that is coming soon.

Does anyone knows if there are open source bundle repository modification
tools - I mean some kind of programs for remote adding, removing,
searching
bundles in repository.
I know the "OSGi Bundle Repository plug-in for Eclipse", but unfortunately
it is not open source.
