To address https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=224196
ECF included two new ssl fragments in it's 4/21/2008 integration build
and made them available as described here

It seems that although the 4/21 build of the 4 regular ECF bundles made
it into the integration build, the 2 new ssl fragments did not.
If we need to do something more/other in order to have these fragments
included in subsequent I-builds, please let us know.

P.S. The fragments *did* get into the p2 releng project set file...just
not into the I-build distribution.
