Following instructions:

don't appear to work...
At the bottom where is says check out:
org.eclipse.equinox.servletbridge.featureand Right-Click on the
webAppBuilder.xml script
This file does not exist in the repo.. In fact only feature.xml and
build.properties is in there...
Please advise...
