There is a bug in 3.6
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=343208) which causes Equinox
to ignore some of the standard OSGi launching configuration properties when
EclipseStarter was used. On 3.6 you can use the equinox specific property
osgi.configuration.area to set the configuration area to a different
location.

Thanks for your response Neil. Is this a new configuration? I don't see
that in Equinox 3.6 and adding that to the config.ini didn't change the
location of bundle cache.

Any suggestion?

Thanks
Ali.
