As has been mentioned on numerous lists, our Kepler RC4 contribution was
rebuilt to pick up a fix for p2 bug 428575 [1].
The fix has been verified to be "in the build", so I have renamed and
promoted an RC4a version of our final Kepler deliverables.
(Same bits as in M20140221-1700).
