Thanks so much for the detailed explaination!! our new web app is not based on jsp. The error was from an old code that throws a " javax.servlet.jsp.JspException" when a condition failed ... I have put a temporary fix to get moving ...
However, my really problem now is to configure http context used in Equinox bridge. I have a question post at " http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/equinox-dev/msg07949.html". Basically how do I configure bridge http context of those "<context-param>, <security-role>, <security-constraint>, <login-config>" descriptors. Do you have any ideas on that? thanks!!
